Great value for money and very comfortable sleep. Great that this was dog friendly too. Thank you for our stay.

Pros: Beautiful building with some stunning features. Great parking right outside. Comfy bed. Plenty of heating and very large room. Very warm welcome, friendly and great service. Delicious breakfast too.

Cons: We liked everything and hope to stay again.

Pros: Ignore the low reviews! We had a great stay here. Our room was very clean and tidy, a bit dated but nothing wrong with that! Came with complimentary shampoo/soap and tea/coffee/sugar. Bed was comfy and room was spacious, shower worked nicely too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the morning, chef was very nice and we could choose what we wanted to be cooked for us and even gave us a sausage for our dog. Breakfast came out quick, was hot and very tasty too. Very much worth the price!!

Good stay over coming down from Scotland

Pros: Quiet location,Motorcycles parking furter from road on their car park tucked away from view.We had basicaly bikes under window room 14.Kettle coffe,tea,hair draier in room.Friendly staff. Bar good.Almost every drink is £5. Big TV in lounge.English breakfast smaller size but good.Value for money and would come back again

Cons: No toilet brush in bathroom and window frames area had mold on them.Mattresses bit soft but ok. Quite firm pillows but if u knackered it doesen't matter.Property dated but functional.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Great hotel and venue stayed here for a family wedding. Staff couldn't do enough for us was friendly and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Will be staying again.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and a great price. Breakfast was lovely and they were amazing with our little dog.

Cons: A little bit run down and dated, probably could technically do with a few upgrades, but nothing massively stood out as a negative.

Pros: Excellent staff, friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was very clean, crisp fresh linen, newly updated decor and bathroom. Breakfast very well worth the money and delicious. Garden view, original features intact within the building

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The main building is beautiful with gorgeous stained glass windows

Cons: As the man who checked us in told me, they have only just taken over and are upgrading and making some things better. It was a little tired and worn in places but clean and tidy and comfortable. It has potential once the work is completed.

Pros: I especially loved how amazing were the studd, even in breakfast when they brought Molly (my dog) breakfast sausage too. It truly melted my heart ❤️ thank you ♡
