Oak View Lodge: Cosy

Pros: Everything! Linzi was the perfect host. Such a cosy beautiful Lodge. Will definitely stay again

Perfect little peaceful getaway.

Pros: Everything. Loved the decor, very clean & modern. Comfy bed. Excellent facilities. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Especially liked the porch and the fire pit was a nice touch. Was a cold wet night when we stayed. But we were toasty inside. However we also purchased logs from the local co-op and were still able to toast marshmallows & enjoy some time outside. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a delicious dinner & breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: Can’t really think of anything.

Perfect lodge for a couple staying in the area. Shower and bed are spot on.

Pros: Nice quiet location, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Walking distance to town.

Pros: Thanks for having us, our stay was absolutely magic! The area around the lodge is so peaceful and relaxing and the lodge itself was spotless with a super comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, a tv that you can lie in bed and watch and plenty of games to enjoy 🫶🏼

Secluded hideaway but with amenities a short walk away. Well equipped, a little home away from home.

Pros: Comfortable and a little home away from home with everything that you would need.

Cons: The bed was a little soft for us, and we kept rolling into the middle 😆

Little gem of a lodge.

Pros: Excellent lodge very comfortable and nice quiet location, everything you need was inside and met your needs. Furnishings, etc, are all to a high standard. We will definitely be back again. They are building another lodge to the same high standard. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We will spread the word about this little gem, such a relaxing week. Heating and aircon are in the lodge, a super comfy bed, too. You can sign in to your streaming services on the smart tv. The shower was great, powerful and warm. The bathroom was stocked up with everything you would need. The whole lodge was very clean and tidy. Great little lodge if you love nature.

Pros: Great little self contained building (like a large summerhouse) in a vey quiet location, All you would need for a short stay and very well appointed. A good walk away from the town ( a good thing) so peaceful

We had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: The property was lovely. Beautifully decorated and very cosy. The garden was beautiful and private. The perfect stay for a quiet cosy getaway. The facilities were great with a cosy bed and an idyllic space to chill out on the porch.

Cons: The only thing to note is if you are self catering, there is an air fryer and a microwave and a toaster but no hob. Did the job for us so we were fairly happy.
