Over night

Pros: The flat was very clean. Bright spacious and comfortable.

The property was very pleasant and I would happily stay there again.

Pros: The property was spacious, well designed and had plenty of pleasant features. It was easy for two couples to co-habit within it, without any concerns.

Cons: There was nowhere to put our clothes in the front bedroom, and we had to leave them on the only chair in that room overnight, or in our case on the floor.

Comfy

Pros: Very well located very clean and incredibly comfortable.

Family stay

Pros: Location was perfect. Apartment was so comfortable. Very cosy & homely. Stayed with family and we will all definitely return. A wee hidden gem

Cons: Outside stairs. Also, could be better lighting

Pros: The host was very attentive and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Little touches such as biscuits and coffee were laid out, The rooms are also a very generous size compared to places I have visited in the past

Cons: There was anything we didn't like. Although there's no parking as such ( due to the location) . , the host gave suggestions where to park if there were no spaces available outside the flat

Nice and comfortable it great location for town and not far from beach

Pros: Great location. We were going to Ayr races so within walking distance. Nice and warm apartment as it was very cold outside. All amenities available if you are planning on self catering for a few days. We were only staying one night so didn’t require cooking facilities.

Cons: The outside stairs leading up to the apartment were winding so had to be careful with your footing.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and lovely and warm even though it was -4° outside! Good location. Right in the centre of Ayr town. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds with lovely quality cotton bedding. Nice gesture with the Christmas chocolates and Tunnocks teacakes. Thanks.

Cons: Parking was a bit of a faff. However, good information given in your guide folder. The outside entrance was a bit disappointing and difficult to navigate in the dark when we arrived. The neighbours kept leaving the outside door open and insecure. The shower spray/riser was broken and we had to hold it whilst showering as it wouldn't stay on the wall.

Fantastic Flat

Pros: The whole flat was exceptionally clean, tidy and well presented & decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Location was ideal. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Ayr

Cons: Perhaps the dark spiral staircase leading up to the flat. Could be problematic for older folk to navigate.

Pros: Cosy, warm and extremely well equipped. Amazing location

Cons: The entrance although it’s has sensor lights is still extremely dark. I wouldn’t say no to a timer light instead especially for the winter months where it’s dark at 4pm!

Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable, everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Cons: The stairs 😂. And the alleyway a bit dark.
