Waterfront Apartments

Pros: Very clean, good location near the harbour, shops, and restaurants.

Pros: Great location. The apartment is compact with a decent kitchen and living room with two two seater sofas and a table for two. Large comfortable bed in the bedroom and plenty of storage. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it.

Cons: There was nothing not to like - it’s great for a short break and good value for money. It could be made more homely, however, with a few pictures on the wall and though it’s set up for a couple overall, I would like to see a few more glasses and crockery and better cookware for those who would like to invite guests if staying for a long while. The television could do with an upgrade as well - no access to the HDMI ports, so a fire stick is a non starter. It’s not a smart TV and the inbuilt DVD player is no good if only Blu-ray Discs are available.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation. I uselly stay stthe premier Inn or Clarmont but both were full. I will def stay again

Cons: The biggest let down was the bed and bedding. looked old and headboard was broken. Also was very nosiey (apt 5) due to the traffic lights and constant traffic so ill just request a apt at the opposite side (and hope the bed is nicer)

Pretty good place.

Pros: The place itself was beautiful. An amazing view onto the quay and the boats. The bedroom itself was lovely and comfortable. Room was dark enough when we slept. Kitchen was tidy and they'd left some coffee, milk and chocolate which was a nice thought. Decent size to each room. Bathroom was a little cramped but still nice. The shower was lovely. Staff dealt with an issue with impeccable timing and were lovely. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Cons: Unfortunately it got a bit cold but the staff did help us sort it quite quickly however I think there ideally should be instructions for guests to do so without having to message the staff if reception is shut only in winter. In the booklet the way it was written is like we don't have a choice. The apartment advertised a washer/ and a dryer. There is no dryer which was disappointing as we'd specifically travelled lighter as came on bike. So we couldn't wash and dry clothes how we had planned. The kitchen didn't come with any other trays but one. Which again is a bit difficult when you have more than one tray needed to cook. The pans were also not that new/ clean. So think considering the amount your paying a night they should I think just provide more stuff for cooking. In the bathroom the extractor was broken which really should have been fixed beforehand.

Excellent!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well located not too far from the ferry terminal and also very close to the steam railway, supermarkets, shopping and many places to eat and drink. It has excellent facilities such as a kitchen with everything you need to cook in and also a washing machine which came in handy as we are travelling and need somewhere like this occasionally. There is a lift so no need to lug bags upstairs especially if you are on the top floor like we were. Excellent WiFi and a TV that worked. There is a concierge, but we were given easy to follow instructions to gain our keys as we arrived out of hours. A really great experience staying here.

Pros: Location was great, 5 mins from the sea terminal, really central. Close to town centre, restaurants etc. A nice space, was exactly what we needed on this visit back to the island. We'd definitely book again. Highly recommend

Cons: The main road outside is a fairly busy one, bc the apartment is so central, next time, I'll pack earplugs 😉

Comfortable and roomy apartments.

Pros: Central location. Buses, supermarket close by. Friendly hosts, well equipped, large and bright. Comfy beds.

Cons: Quite a lot of light pollution. A blackout blind behind the very nice blinds would be nice.

Brilliant value for money & comfort, quality

Pros: The host and the full location of the apartment was ideal for us, clean tidy and very well prepared,, we even got the use of the garage to keep our bikes in,,

Cons: The only thing they I didn’t like was the door closers where over tensioned within our apartment which resulted in the doors slamming,
