Tynwald Apartments

Overall we were delighted with our stay and will look to return in the future.

Pros: The location was great, just a short walk into town. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was great to have such a large kitchen/dinning area where we could all easily eat together. The host contacted the first morning to make sure we were settled in and happy with everything.

Cons: The shower on occasion would go from boiling hot to cold. For most part it was fine but just in an odd occasion this would happen.

Pros: Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Everything you could want.

Pros: Central to Douglas which has an exception public transport for all round the island

Cons: The shower could have been more powerful.

Fabulous accommodation throughout

Pros: A very spacious apartment - well maintained and excellent facilities.

Cons: Quite an uphill climb from the sea front to the apartment which may be problematic for other families, although we enjoyed the exercise

Smart, bright studio apartment on a relatively quiet street yet still handy for the town centre.

Pros: I could tell that the studio apartment had been recently refurbished, it is bright, and thanks to the high ceiling feels airy and larger than it is. The layout, with separate sleeping, lounge, dining and kitchen areas spread the length of the long apartment also adds to the feeling of space. The sofa is comfortable, the outside seating area an added bonus I was not expecting. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave, so perfect if you want cereal and toast breakfast or to heat a ready meal, If you plan to make cooked breakfasts or make evening meals from scratch you will need to go for the larger apartment. If the apartment is available next time I travel to the Isle of Man I will probably book again.

Cons: The entry hall and stairs felt narrow and dark, I only had a small back pack but felt I would have struggled with larger cases, and this may make the property less suitable for some one with limited mobility. There was a problem with the hot water in the hand basin and kitchenette when I arrived, due to an electrician having let the owners down, however Amy is an approachable host, and we came to an amicable agreement to resolve this.

Pros: slight mix up on arrival but Amy sorted it for us within minutes despite it being after 8pm on a friday night. Clean and spacious accommodation, kitchen had everything in it we needed including tea and coffee which was a nice suprise.

Cons: i can't say there was anything bad to say.

Great value for price

Pros: Place was very spacious, had every facility we needed and it was very close to the town center so it wasn't far to travel anywhere at all. Host was very quick at responding and the instructions for check in/check out were very clear. For the price, the value is amazing!

Cons: The key would sometimes get stuck in the door when unlocking/locking it.

Tolle Wohnung, die Insel und der Event sind ein Traum, zu einem sehr hohen Preis.

Pros: Tolle Ferienwohnung die wenig bis keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Cons: Dass es rund um die Isle of Man teuer wird, wussten wir aber der Preis für 4 Tage hatte eine neue Qualität.

Pros: Posizione ottima per le mie necessità Silenziosa e discreta molto vicino a supermercato e ristoranti Ci ritornerò prossimo aprile
