Pros: simply furnished apartment with all necessary amenities

Perfect place to stay for the Wigtown Book Festival! Would recommend.

Pros: The property was in great condition and had everything we needed. Wonderful location.

Cons: Everything worked well. The only point to note was the WiFi password in the guest book was incorrect but was advised of the correct format by a staff member, but wanted to suggest it be amended.

Pros: A great location. We used it as a base to explore the area. For that it suited our purposes very well. Particular highlights were Portpatrick, Kirkcudbright and the Mull of Galloway. The apartment is very comfortable with every need catered for. All bedding, towels and apartment etc were very clean. The restaurant/pub is very good serving great food. Everyone was very kind and friendly. What a wonderful time we had. A great break for us and our two elderly Border Terriers. We made some very happy memories. Many thanks Harbour Inn and the people and landscape of D&G.

Cons: There is nothing to grumble about.

Simply the best

Pros: As always, the staff were amazing, welcoming, friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people. We always use the Habour Inn as our base when visiting family , the food is amazing and great value for money, welcoming atmosphere in the bar from staff and locals alike 10/10

Stunning location

Pros: Friendly welcoming staff , comfortable clean stay and beautiful location. Will definately be back in the near future.

Pros: We have stayed here before. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent.

Cons: The tv was difficult to get on and had some damage to it and the box. Was promised a scary lead but didn’t get it.

A super little flat in a very quiet location.

Pros: The flat is very homely and spotlessly clean as was the bedding and the bathroom. We used the flat as our base to tour the area. It was very quiet at night and parking was easy and ample. We had our little dog with us and it was easy to take her out side for exercise. The restaurant in the hotel that owns the flat does excellent food and the staff are all friendly. I have arthritis and am quite disabled and would have appreciated a fridge that was larger and taller. However, it did not detract from a very comfortable weeklong stay and we will look forward to returning in due course. My wife and I are happy to recommend this property.

Cons: Nothing. It was just what we wanted it is a lovely little flat.

A relaxing, peaceful base to explore the area.

Pros: A warm welcome by friendly staff at the Harbour Inn. The apartment is clean, warm and a few steps from the Inn where the food is fabulous. Highly recommend the breakfast!

Garlieston stay

Pros: Location ,plenty of room, comfortable beds , Good shower , plenty of plug points close to the Harbour Inn , car parking .

Cons: Nothing in particular.
