Great apartment, very well maintained and I would definitely stay here again

Pros: Delightful and comfortable holiday apartment. Tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Great having two bathrooms ( both showers worked well when in use at the same time)! Lovely extras: tea, coffee, salt and pepper, oil, dishwasher tabs, loo roll and toiletries. Thank you for another enjoyable stay in beautiful Grasmere. Yes, there are metal steps leading up to the apartment but they are outlined in the description and are safe with handrails and good lighting. We had a little radio music drift up from the restaurant below but it was short lived and didnt inconvenience us in any way. Bonus to have one parking permit. Lovely private outdoor sitting area which must be great in the Summer. Many thanks

Peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Excellent location, cosy and comfortable place to stay. Well equipped kitchen with easy to use appliances. Overall it is a modern, clean, well equipped apartment.

Cons: Outer gate swollen due to weather, made it difficult to open and close. No terrestrial tv. Mould on window blind in bathroom.

Pros: We liked the location. Apartment quiet and parking not a problem. Warm and homely. Very clean.

Great apartment in a beautiful village.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Clean and tidy with modern furnishings and lots of space.

Cons: Was a little hard to find as there is no sign on the main street - for reference, it is above the pharmacy and Lewis's Bistro near the CO-OP.

Pros: Nice spacious flat with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms in an excellent position in Grasmere. The flat is well equipped with a large kitchen. The large terrace is a big plus. A small supermarket is just next to the flat. A free parking permit is provided too.

Cons: Noise from the restaurant under the flat can be clearly heard in the flat. This wasn't particularly problematic for us, though, as it closes around 10pm and was only open 2 days during our stay, and we were mainly out during the day. Access to the flat is up a metal staircase which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Grasmere magic!

Pros: The property had everything you needed away from home, all delivered in the most beautiful setting! We often visit Grasmere and will definitely be back, location couldn’t be better! The 2 bathrooms came in very handy, including all the environmentally friendly body care and other cleaning products. Also, dishwasher and washer/dryer was s boon!
