Great appartment

Pros: Beautiful appartment with a great location. About 15 minute walk into the centre

Cons: Everything was great. The only thing I'd say that I would have thought there would have been bathroom accessories like shower gel.

Pros: Beautiful spacious clean and i would definitely describe it as luxurious.

Cons: No cutlery

Cons: Bed would benefit from a good quality mattress topper and selection of pillows would be ideal. Overall we had a very comfortable stay thanks 🙏🏼

An ideal base for a holiday in the Lake District.

Pros: Everything was as advertised - Steve and Ashley were very welcoming hosts. There was very good storage, a lovely shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The facilities were excellent

Perfect to explore Keswick surrounding area

Enchanting Ashbrooke Apartment

Pros: It is a lovely converted old vicarage, with beautifully decorated apartments and set in stunning grounds with its visiting bunnies. Just on the outskirts of Keswick. The apartment is well equipped for your every need with gorgeous furnishings. We can't recommend it highly enough. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Which was a lovely touch.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, lovely furnishings and everything we needed was provided. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and a nice touch. Nice quiet location, stunning garden, ample parking and only a 10 minute stroll into Keswick centre. The owners were lovely and happy to take the time to speak to us and advise on places to go and things of interest.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

A Superb Apartment

Pros: Ashley & Steve are wonderful hosts. We were welcomed upon arrival. We were a little early, but it wasn't a problem. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location which is a gentle 10min stroll from Keswick centre, so is very peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay at the Lairbeck again and can highly recommend it.
