Out of the way with great views

Pros: Comfortable sofas and beds. Having a separate shower and bath was great. Everything that could be needed was there, including towels for the dog. Great view. A helpful person on the other end of the phone when I had to call as I had no 4G for check in details. Would recommend.

Cons: Needs a new main entrance sign as it was almost non existent. The flat is on the top floor with no lift which is clearly stated however after doing Scafell Pike the stairs were hard work!

We had a lovely relaxing stay though we were unfortunate with the weather

Pros: Sea view, lying in bed watching the tide coming in and out Very comfortable roomy flat, nicely decorated Well equipped Dog friendly Being able to travel up and down the coast by train

Cons: Climbing the stairs Seascale is a bit lacking in amenities

A great stay in Seascale, Cumbria.

Pros: We liked the location, the quiet surroundings and the apartment itself. Also the possibilities to enjoy the Lake District from this location was excellent and we managed to do everything we previously planned. So, all ‘n all we had a marvelous time in Burnett House and it’s surroundings, thanks very much!

Cons: As pensioners, climbing the flights of stairs every time was challenging (55 steps) but we got there every time. We had to use both beds, being the hippo’s we are, we didn’t fit into one bed together unfortunately. For a rental period of more than one week we really think that more towels are needed, and charging extra for them is not really how it should be. Just a single point of constructive criticism.

Pros: The house itself was lovely and comfortable inside. The customer service side of things could not have been better. They accommodated us when we had a slight change of plans without a second thought. They also have been kind enough to send back a child's jacket that we forgot. I honestly will be back.

The perfect spot for relaxers and adventurers alike

Pros: The property is located directly across from the beach, and conveniently there is a railway bridge that takes you right on to it - a paradise for dogs or for searching in rock pools! As the for the properly, everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable and we were even provided with towels for drying the dogs, as well as some basis household items like cooking oil and laundry detergent pods. Overall there is nothing we could have faulted

Amazing views, comfy and cosy.

Pros: Amazing views. Very warm and cosy (even during massive storm). Well equipped older place with separate room layout. New bathroom. You can’t hear the train and walk to beach is just up and over railway.

Cons: Parking is on the street. Pillows are very small and thin. Bed needs to be upgraded to queen size with new mattress.

Excellent apartment with spectacular views

Pros: Everything about this apartment is excellent. Very well equipped and spacious. Views over the sea are just amazing and it was very quiet. It’s definitely the best apartment I’ve stayed in for a short break ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons: Not applicable as everything was just first class. 43stairs to top flat kept reminding us not to forget anything from the car 😆 but the climb was worth it for the views

Super flat for views of the sea and playing with the dog on the beach.

Pros: Fantastic views of the beach. Dog friendly - even providing towels to dry them off.

Cons: Unprepossessing entrance.

Pros: Location. Inside the house was very clean. Kitchen was fully equiped. Very good way of taking the deposite. It was done through proper steps, the amount was blocked and then released the day after I left the property.

Pros: The location is amazing, right across from the beach. Comfortable beds, everything you need to use in the kitchen and a washing machine. Lovely local places to eat and friendly local people.
