Pros: Wow what an absolutely amazing place, massive room with the world's most comfortable bed. The bathroom is amazing loved the light-up bath was spectacular with led candles. John was a wonderful host with a wealth of knowledge and great recommendation for dinner at the Coledale inn. Breakfast was lovely and we met the recident pheasant 🥰

Cons: That we didn't stay longer.

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing 5 nights at Lords Seat. Can genuinely say is the best B&B we have stayed in. John and Eddy were perfect hosts in every way.

Peaceful relaxing and great hosts

Pros: Absolutely beautiful home, everything first class. The hosts were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast varied and extremely well done. Our room was first class, with everything you could want. A very pleasant 4 nights. Would highly recommend.

So relaxing and comfortable in every way.

Pros: Beautiful private accommodation, the room was exceptional, tasteful, large and had every thing you would need, including a fridge for the wine. The owners are 100% professionals and perfectionists. The property is fabulous, quality everywhere. very pretty gardens. Everything spot on!

Pros: The breakfast was absolutely excellent!! We wanted a couple of nights somewhere really peaceful and weren’t disappointed at all!!

A perfect spot to relax, a perfect central point for a number of amazing walks and a perfect host.

Pros: This was by far the best bed and breakfast we have stayed at. John was a fantastic host, made us feel extremely welcome and cooks the best breakfast too. We would love to comeback again and I'm sure we will.

Cons: I'm not one to give over the top reviews but I can't think of anything that we were unhappy with.

A fabulous B&B on the outskirts of Keswick

Pros: We had a generously sized room with a king bed and a sofa. . We also had a fridge and plates, knives etc. John and Eddie were fantastic hosts - our breakfasts were great, John was super helpful re ideas for exploring the area and Eddie made sure we were very comfortable . It felt like home from home.

Pros: This was a 5 star stay. The room was enormous, the bed large and comfortable, the bathroom looked brand new and modern. The house was spotless and the hosts were amazing. It is a bed and breakfast so no evening meal. John recommended and booked us into a local pub that was about a 5 minute drive and was lovely. He also recommended walks and things to do in the lakes district. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommended Lords Seat and Breakfast to all.
