Pleasant and as expected.

Pros: Staff were lovely. Room 215 was clean and what we expected. We had an idea it would be a bit dated, ie bathroom, but overall it suited us for our needs.

Fantastic location on the Prom.

Pros: Excellent location, super friendly/helpful staff.

Cons: Mattress was a little soft compared to home. Cooked breakfast was excellent, but could have been hotter. I appreciate that keeping 'buffet' items piping hot us not easy.
