Exceptional stay, property beautiful with amazing facilities.

Pros: Beautifully presented, clean and tidy. Great facilities having a bath and shower. Beautiful rooms with 2 comfortable double beds. Hot tub was a great addition to the property. Only a short drive into Carlisle city centre where it has everything you need. Over all the stay was amazing and I would be very happy to stay there again. Thank you!!

Pros: First class facilities including hot tub. Spotlessly clean on quiet peaceful site.

Cons: Toilet that's in bedroom with bath, difficult to flush sometimes requires 3 or four pulls of handle.

Pros: We had a wonderful , restful stay at Plot 21. Opening the door entered and impressed by the fresh decor, layout and space. The modern lodge, extra wide and wrap around decking. It was lovely sitting outside to eat. 😊 The sofas are so comfy. The bed I slept in, really was the best bed ever!! It was so soft, beyond delighful 😊 Also nice new plump pillow's. Wifi always essential nowadays spot on. The hot tub was fantastic to chill in. To my surprise it had a blue tooth connection. Which was great to play your favourite music via mobile phone I felt truly relaxed. An excellent hoilday had. Nice and secure on a quiet park with 40 other hoilday homes. Definitely looking to return and reccomended to friend's.

Cons: Not a criticism but the toilet in the bathroom was a little tricky to flush. My husband always managed though 🙈 Maybe it was me. There's a shower room, so never an issue going.

Amazing relaxing stay.

Pros: There was a mix up and we actually stayed in one of the other lodges, but host sorted everything and we were so pleased with our stay. The hot tub was lovely, the place was clean and comfortable and the view we had over the fields were amazing.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

A lovely lodge, great location and helpful staff - would highly recommend

Pros: This is a lovely lodge. Very comfortable and well-equipped, and well located for exploring the impressive nearby towns and historical attractions. The views from the lodge are great and, being located on the outskirts of a small village, means that you are genuinely staying in the countryside. It's also super quiet (I think they have a no noise rule in the holiday camp (not sure if that's the right word) which meant that I had a peaceful stay. On my first evening I needed help switching on the heating and I was able to WhatsApp and then call the lodge manager who, despite it being quite late, was very nice and helpful. It's also worth me pointing out that it's just off the A6 and so very easy to find and to drive to.

Cons: The lodge's WIFI was sometimes a bit slow and I think it was a mobile Internet connection. But, as someone who lives in a rural location in West Yorkshire, I completely understand how difficult it is to check good Internet connections in rural locations in the UK (at home we rely on our mobile Internet connections as our broadband is pretty poor) and so this is probably the best that is available in the area. This is also a very minor point and in no way detracted from the pleasure of my stay.

Pros: Large spacious rooms, cosy, lots of blankets. Facilities were great. Great location, friendly cows.

Cons: Shower head would not stay in place. WiFi wouldn’t work at times.
