Pros: Excellent location very nice host unlimited fire wood coal water and milk in fridge nice and clean but felt very rustic loved every minute of it would defo go again xx

Perfect escape for a few days, we looked forward to returning to Dobbin after our adventures in the lakes.

Pros: Quirky and homely, plus fab location. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful too without being intrusive. Log burner really makes the place cosy.

Quirky

Pros: Lovely quirky horsebox in an ideal location for Lake District walks. The horsebox had everything I needed for a few nights away, and the bed was super comfy! The log burner was lit before I arrived so it was nice and warm, and the tea and milk (etc) were very welcome after a long drive. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Will definitely be returning.

Pros: Despite freezing temperatures in a January stay not once did we feel cold. Log burner was on when we arrived and could help ourselves to more coal and wood if needed. Beds super comfy, big heavy duvets. A unique experience that our family enjoyed. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely book again.

Lovely stay

Pros: Everything. Accommodation was clean, logs and coal for logburner provided. Tea and coffee with fresh milk provided on arrival. Easy access into Cockermouth. Parking space outside of Accommodation. Pets welcome, Beds made up.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Short stay in beautiful place.

Pros: Great localised in quiet area with view to fields, horses and sheeps. Good equipment all around. Very smart idea to transform horse box into holiday accommodation.

Cons: Light in the kitchen area could be a bit stronger and I would change heating for electric , but that's only small things. Overal great place to stay .
