Perfect new year’s getaway! The cottage is so cosy and in a perfect location for different walks! We will definitely be

Pros: This was like home from home for us! We stayed here for new year, it was so frosty and we were out hiking every day. The location for hiking some wainwright’s was perfect! Just a 10-15 minute drive from so many starting points. The roaring fire was something to look forward to coming back to! It was so cosy! Our dogs settled so quickly too!

A very comfortable stay in a charming, character cottage.

Pros: The property has character and is spacious. The fire was lit when we arrived, which was a lovely touch.

Cons: We could have done with another bath towel, as there were four of us staying, not three. Two extra water glasses would have also been useful but, other than that, it was all very comfortable.

Great location, easy to find, beautiful land in all directions. Comfortable cottage, fair price.

Pros: Great location. Welcoming host, very flexible on our arrival times, and available to answer questions via WhatsApp. Nice watrm cottage with fire on. Nice big kitchen, had everything we needed. Comfortable and cozy sitting room, good bathroom with a decent shower. Lovely sized bedrooms.

Cons: Mattress was too soft for my liking.

Cute cottage in a beautiful setting

Pros: Comfortable stay in a picturesque cottage which has been lovingly converted. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Cons: WiFi unreliable and shower pressure was a problem but can’t complain for the price paid!

Cosy stay

Pros: Lovely and cosy accommodation, clean throughout. A couple of issues with dishwasher not functioning and fridge door coming open but overall a comfortable stay.
