Modern Town House In Cockermouth

Excellent town house in very good location

Pros: The house was extremely clean & very modern. There was everything we could need. The beds were so comfortable. It was very well placed for shopping with Aldi just down the road. Very easy to get to the main street & into the town centre.

Cons: Would maybe have liked the heating to be set a touch higher. There was a couple of very cold days while we there but it us February. The living room could be kept so snug very quickly with the beautiful electric fire.

Perfect stay—clean, comfortable, and great communication. Would definitely book again.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in Cockermouth and it was all the better for staying at No. 29. We really appreciated the design, the tech, the impressive tv's, the comforts, closeness to all the restaurants we had reservations at. A small attention to detail made the stay worry free - that was the visitor parking pass,

Pros: The location was absolutely great. There was an Aldi very close by which was great and within easy walking distance to the town centre with all its pubs, cafes and shops. The house was well decorated, the kitchen and bathroom were great and the bedding and towels were of an excellent quality.

Cons: The shower was very good and powerful but, unfortunately, it splashed over the tray so had to dry the floor but this is a small problem that was easily dealt with by putting a small towel on the floor. The towels provided were of an excellent quality and I didn't really like to do this but could not think of any other way of dealing with it.

Absolutely perfect !

Pros: The property is lovely and a perfect location , the host was fantastic he kept us updated and any questions we had he came back very quickly . Everything was so easy in terms of check in . The host also had a booklet with useful information which was really informative. The bonus was Aldi being a couple of minutes away which was great! Buttermere and Keswick are not that far at all by car so this property is a perfect base to the lakes.

Pros: Very nice apartment, clean and fully equipped. Would definitely stay over again when next on the area. Comfortable, enough space for 3-4 people. Attention to details which makes interior very beautiful and modern. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing weekend stay

Pros: Very well decorated and equipped accommodation. It had everything we needed for our stay. You can arrive here with the bare minimum as it has everything you need. The lighting and the electric fire were awesome, especially the lights on the stairs. Also, handy having Aldi 2 minutes down the road. The host was lovely and easy to talk to. He even helped us when we got lost. Wished we could have stayed for longer. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

Pros: Fantastic property with all of the facilities and comforts anyone would need. The property is in a great location close to the amenities, restaurants, bars, shops etc in the town centre. Calan the host couldn't have been more helpful with timely and clear communication and available if needed for any issues or guidance. A great place to stay for a long weekend or couple of weeks break espescially given the proximity to the Northern Lake District. Couldn't have been better!
