Pros: Location is fantastic. Beatuful views and landscape. Great for walking straight from the door. Hot tub to relax in after the walks and then an open fire, which will be required to dry all your gear out as it is the lakes after all!!!

Cons: Beds are not that comfortable considering the money this cost. It's small and quirky so bathroom bedrooms small, but part of the charm as well. There are no condiments at all, which you tend find in most cottages. Bring everything you need for cooking, salt, pepper, oil, tin foil etc. Bring extra logs if you want more than one night with a fire.

Cons: Fire alarm went off in middle of night and no support available to help as false alarm Some renovation needed.

We had a lovely stay in the cottage, such a beautiful and peaceful location. There was plenty of walks to do nearby and

Pros: The location was absolutely stunning, so peaceful with amazing views and plenty of parking around. The hot tub was lovely, large and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, with each bedroom having plenty of towels. Everywhere had been thoroughly cleaned. The showers were powerful and the bathrooms both well equipped, and even had access to wifi.

Cons: Could do with more kitchen utensils, was missing items such as a spatula, and could do with more cups as there was a shortage of them with no complete sets of 4 cups. Could have also done with some larger bowls and more of them. There’s a few appliances that could maybe do with an update as well, such as the television and the kettle which was slow boiling.

Perfect escape from everyday life

Pros: Location is simply stunning! Cottage had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Cons: As it’s joined to the cottage next door we could literally hear their conversations from the living room.
