Peaceful location - a chance to really recharge your batteries.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The views from the lodge are beautiful. Just so peaceful and a complete get away. We stayed to visit Wigtown Book Festival which was about a 15 min drive away but that suited us. Excellent Wi-Fi, nice welcome pack from our host and we shall definitely be back. Make sure you have enough milk etc, as no shops nearby but that's not a grumble, just a tip.

Cons: Nothing. Our lodge was immaculate.
