Very nice but ...

Pros: Secluded location,good connection to sight seeing, very spacious place, cosy.

Cons: It would be nice to have additional blankets, for dog friendly accommodation very strict rules

Pros: The size of property. Came with Wife, 4 year old son and dog. Plenty of space to play around the house.

Cons: Road conditions up towards the property (didn't stop access and would stay again)

Relaxing and tranquil.

Pros: Secluded and peaceful Had all kitchen appliances and equipment we needed

Cons: There were some cobwebs around the ceiling area above the beds and on the landing but probably had just been overlooked

Peaceful, quality family time.

Pros: Location, clean, everything you need, lots of space, plenty of storage, lovely walks, no WiFi.

Cons: No washing machine or dryer, but we didn't ask about this either.

A pleasant stay but unnecessary confusion with regard to pets

Pros: The cottage was in good location within easy driving distance of Ullswater and Keswick. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable and my son and daughter-in-law ( who I booked the accommodation for) enjoyed their stay.

Cons: The cottage could have been better equipped with kitchen cutlery, glasses etc. The owner needs to clarify her pet policy and check the booking form from customers as I experienced some unnecessary confusion with regard to pets.
