Nice relaxing stay and just the ticket

Pros: Exactly what we wanted. The hot tub was our highlight despite the inclement weather. Off the beaten track which was nice.

Cons: Small thing - not enough towels. Would have taken our own if we’d known. Also we were surprised to see one of the staff at the property on our departure day at 8am when we were having breakfast

Lovely lodge with great surroundings

Pros: The lodge was super clean. It had everything we needed for our three night stay. It was cosy and comfortable. It felt super private as you are enclosed by a fence all the way around. The hot tub was amazing and relaxing. It is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Loads of local walks and nature reserves. Great place for just relaxation.

Cons: The shower drain didn’t drain very well. The sofa wasn’t super comfortable. We felt the TV would’ve been better in the bedroom.

Very relaxing and great place to bring in the new year

Pros: The property was a perfect size for couples, very clean and cosy. Had everything you needed And great views from every window. The sauna was also good fun! And the bottle of Prosecco brought over by the kids on Hogmanay was a lovely we touch. We would definitely come back.

Very nice stay

Pros: Lovely and cosy accommodation, hot tub was amazing. Everything you need including good WiFi.

Cons: Road up to the accommodation was very poor and in need of repair. Lack of storage space for clothes. Little bit remote and although it only just over a mile to the village, it's not really suitable for walking.

Pros: The location was incredible plenty of scenic trails nearby. The lodge was very cozy, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having the hot tub there for the end of our day was just perfect

Cons: Nothing loved it all. So much so after a 3 night stay I contacted the owner Lizzie and asked for an extra night's stay which she accommodated with no problem whatsoever. Will definitely be returning
