Great property, well equipped in a fantastic location. Recommended stay.

Pros: Fantastic property. Very close to town centre, which was a huge bonus with my elderly mother. Lots of room for the three of us. Very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed extremely comfortable. Parking a little bit tricky as it was quite busy but got a space out front most of the time. The one time we couldn't get parked my husband parked a road away, but within an hour someone left and he went and moved the car as the next day we were leaving and needed it outside for packing up. As the house is right on the pavement with no frontage you do hear loud people going past when in bed, but they don't hang around. This and the parking in no way detracts from the great points about the property. We would love to stay here again if it is available next time we are up here.

Cons: Hive heating system kept turning itself down and with an elderly parent this was a bit of a pain.

Perfect location, lovely comfortable home with everything you need!

Pros: The location is perfect for a short walk into the town centre. The rooms were big and spacious with lovely decor. A fantastic stay, and we would love to return again in the future!

Pros: property was spacious and over 3 floors. very clean and in great condition. Location was perfect, my dad struggles to walk too far so the location was important to us. we could always get 2 parking spots outside on the road too

Cons: only thing I couldn’t suggest is a outside tap and hosepipe to freshen up the gravelled outside area at the back, as it’s a pet friendly home then it would eliminate odour build up

Pros: House was clean and homely, very well equipped and ideal location for a walk into town.

Cons: Parking situation is very hard to get close as alot of air b n bs around there but safe.

We had a wonderful time walking in the day and sitting by the fire playing games at night!

Pros: The house was clean, beautifully appointed, bigger than it appeared on the pictures and very central to Keswick and lovely Lake District walking…

Beyond expectations

Pros: There wasn't anything to dislike. House was cosy comfy, all the fittings were top notch and super clean

Cons: Not a real negative, but we were unable to get any use of the Sonos speaker system, above our capabilities. We were desperate for an Amazon Alexa

Delightful house, comfortable and clean

Pros: Very pleasant house attractively decorated. Kitchen well.equipped. Comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 ensuite. Centrally located and convenient.

Cons: Stairs somewhat challenging for our older members. Showers for 2 bedrooms small and again a challenge for our older folk to manage safely. Rain-type showe heads in small showers made it difficult to get water to comfortable temperature without spraying water into bathroom. Kitchen a bit small with 6 people milling about.

Well equipped property

Pros: Well equipped albeit small kitchen. Main downstairs room large enough to comfortably accommodate a living area (sofas etc) and a dining table for six. Effective washer/drier. Property in general more spacious than we expected. Separate TV area on top floor. Very hot water. We were always able to park just outside the property, but we noticed that there were times when all spaces were taken. Tea and biscuits provided by the property.

Cons: Duvets were too warm for the summer. Only one toilet roll per toilet.
