Fantastic location in Keswick

Pros: Location was excellent House size and layout was great, washbasin in each room was a nice touch. Small garden area was excellent be lovely in the summer

Cons: Both outside lights over both doors didn't work, small thing to change the bulbs. Wooden gates binding and catch bent again simple fix. House was very cold up infill the day we left, but old properties take time to warm up our house is the same. None of the above would put me off booking it again

Lovely place to stay, we will be back again without doubt

Pros: Beautiful house, very comfy beds with lots of pillows, spacious and warm. Aside from a couple of minor things it was exceptionally clean.

Cons: Minor things. Used dog poo bags left in the garden by some previous occupants (not owners fault but something to check for while cleaning perhaps), shower could use a good scrub with a bleach spray

Love The Lakes and love this cottage as a place to stay when holidaying there.

Pros: Great location for Keswick town and northern Lakes

Cons: Radiator in bathroom needed air bleeding out (very minor)

Great stay with beautiful views

Pros: We liked the area of the property, house were spacious and unique. Also the property had parking for a car. The agency were friendly and helpful.

Cons: There is no negative things just note that house needs a time to be heated which is understandable.
