Pros: Good location and parking in street outside. Comfortable flat, good facilities. No problems at all.
Cons: Vacuum cleaner and washing machine weren’t very effective. Please see if they need a bit of attention.

Comfortable flat well situated
Pros: Location was excellent. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Responsive heating. Well equipped kitchen. Ease of entry.
Cons: Front hedge needs cutting. Doormat at back door needed. Handrail for tea towel needed. Better lighting in front room. Attention to mirrors and front room radiator needed. Cramped washing facilities

Heating method
Pros: Perfect location,,,, although car parking not always easy.
Cons: It stated in the visitor book. That heating controlled behind door in front lounge, didn't have heat on first night, as couldn't locate control. Called to office on the Monday to report it,,, got us sorted, but for future reference, visitor book, should be updated, as control panel/unit was on shelf in utility room, wouldn't even had noticed, or even thought it had anything to do with the heating, had we not called to office.

Great location and excellent apartment for a short stay
Pros: Great location and perfect size for the family, excellent kitchen and facilities - 2 bathrooms was a great bonus
Cons: The bed in the main bedroom was slightly small and I found it uncomfortable. Parking on the street can be a challenge but if you are patient you find a space.

Sort check out times
Pros: Great location, well equipped kitchen everything you need, comfy beds.
Cons: Confused about check out times it says 10am check out on booking.com and on confirmation and all the emails I received about access check in stated 1600 hours and vacating property 10.00am. But in property there is information notices stating you have to vacate the property by 9.00am. We did vacate at 9.00am as the cleaners where outside waiting to come in. I think this needs to be up dated on all relevant Booking sites as we were 4 adults and it was a bit of a downer rushing around this morning, I think anyone with children could struggle.

A comfortable, spacious, well equipped ground floor flat, in a good location
Pros: The flat was more spacious than expected - a decent size sitting room, double room with en suite, kitchen, utility area, shower / loo, and twin room at the back.
Cons: A light with a broken plug was plugged in to the wall socket behind a bed in the back bedroom - when I tried to plug in something else beside it, the plug sparked - so this was dangerous and should not have been left in this unsafe state of disrepair.

A very pleasant property. Easy parking and would certainly consider staying there again.
Pros: Accommodation was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: Lighting in the main bedroom was dark.

Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad in Archers en hebben genoten van de omgeving en Keswick.
Pros: De locatie vlak bij het centrum en uitvalswegen naar het hele Lake District waren prima. Het huisje was zeer compleet en schoon. Er waren voldoende pannen, bestek en glaswerk. Schoonmaakspullen ruim aanwezig.
Cons: Onvoldoende uitleg over werking van de verwarming. De badkamer achterin naast de keuken is aan renovatie toe. De ventilator in de badkamer bij de tweepersoonsbed slaapkamer loopt vast door stof. Tweepersoonsbed vonden wij te smal.
