Pelham House

A great weekend in a fabulous location.

Pros: A pleasant house in a great location and a really comfortable home with pleasant sitting room and well equipped kitchen. We were a group of friends and loved having the comfy sofas to lounge around on, also two bathrooms came in handy. Pelham House was also excellent value compared with other places we've stayed in Keswick.

Cons: The kitchen was a bit cramped for 5 adults.

Pros: Location was convenient - what I particularly like about Pelham was the heating. We came down Helvellyn sopping wet and needed to dry clothing. The heating was very fast/responsive.

We found the house to be well equipped for self catering after our walks and the lounge was a very comfortable room for

Pros: Good size and location. Handy to have the porch for our walking boots.

Cons: Very small fridge.

Great wee place to stay and explore Keswick.

Pros: Brilliant location, no frills but clean and well equipped. We would return.

Great stay in a lovely property and location. Would definitely look here first for our next stay.

Pros: Location was perfect for walk into town. Street parking available for multiple vehicles. Nice to have a communal area (lounge) to chill & chat. Unlike a B&B.

Very comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. All very clean and well presented.

Cons: Kitchen facilities were tight for a house sleeping 6. The fridge was too small if you wanted to stock up. The kitchen table would seat 6 but no-one could then move in the kitchen.

An amazing, fantastic house making a fab holiday

Pros: The house, the facilities, the little extras, wash liquid, cleaning stuff, shoe cleaning box, the books, games, dvds. spotlessly clean, comfy seating and beds. The location is perfect, close to Keswick centre, lake, walks.

Cons: Stripping the beds are seeing the pillows. Not getting a response from rental team about heating as couldnt work out if it was done via the rental team or us

Central Location. Perfect bas location for walks/drinks around Keswick.

Pros: Central Location. Perfect for walks around Keswick and surrounding areas. Once parked up you don't have to move the car everything is within a 5/10 minute walk. Easy to find, easy to get in to and the house was perfect for what we needed.

Be back next year

Pros: Location - great for the festival. Enough room for 5 adults comfortably

Cons: Would be perfect with a garden

Lovely large house in the centre of Keswick

Pros: Large house very well equipped. Lovely little touches. Very clean overall and comfortable beds. We liked the additional sinks in the bedrooms.
