Enjoyed every minute with easy walking to the centre

Pros: Wonderful property steps away from the town centre . Clean spacious and well equipped for our needs . Group of 7 ladies . Hot tub was warm and no issues with parking our 3 cars . Staff very kind with great communication skills . Highly recommend this accommodation

Fabulous

Pros: Brilliant cottage, excellent location, very clean and the hot tub was a fabulous plus.

Lovely home, beautiful views, fab location. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Pros: The bedrooms were a good size and all had an en-suite it. The living room was big, with a large table ideal for us all to sit around and have a takeaway after a long day of walking

Cons: There wasn’t anywhere to sit outside, other than the hot tub

Pros: Location is superb, great that it has its own parking, it worked perfectly for a family meet up.

Cons: The property is great the only slight problem was the ceiling height as some of our party are rather tall

Pros: Plenty of space . Great location. Comfortable beds

Cons: No garden but we improvised on a lovely summer night and sat in front of carport. Too much chlorine in hot tub

Excellent house!

Pros: Great location. Lovely house. Clean and tidy. Everything you would need.

Cons: Not a big deal. Wasn't clear which 3 car park spaces to use. Neighbour woke the whole house up at 6.30am to say one was in the wrong place but then didn't even use the space.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Just some minor improvements and it would be a 10/10!

Pros: Fantastic location. Rooms were decent size with en-suite bathrooms. Parking was good for Keswick (3 at the accommodation). Excellent value for money. Hosts were excellent, they were really informative and helpful. Would stay again!

Cons: Seems to be a damp issue (black mold in some of the rooms). Also heads up on low ceilings on ground floor. Even though some padding was put on door frames, a few of us (ones 6 foot plus) did on more than one occasion bang our heads. More protection is needed there 😊 Also when arriving the hot tub was still cold and didn’t warm up to required temperature until the next day, so unfortunately we had the first evening where we couldn’t use it. This accommodation is either 8 or 9 out of 10. Gave it a 9 because of the price we paid. However, if they sorted the issues I’ve raised for future, it would be a 10!
