Comfortable home from home.

Pros: This house is an excellent home away from home, full of every creature comfort. It is tastefully decorated; the beds are very comfortable and there's lots of hot water (best shower ever). Lyn has a lovely welcome package and there's an amazing box full of local information - I didn't need it, but it looked to have everything you might want. There are two lounges with TVs, DVDs and sweeties in every room. What more could you need :) We had a minor technical issue and Lyn was there immediately to resolve it. I had better not say too much otherwise everyone will book it out and I won't be able to stay again - which I definitely will.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: A really comfortable and cosy cottage, where we felt immediately at home. We enjoyed the welcome gift of wine too!

Cons: There was very little to dislike as everything was so well provided for.

Lovely, comfortable stay in a pretty cottage

Pros: The cottage was very pretty and well stocked with supplies and had everything you might need. It was in a central location and near cafes and a short walk to the Tolbooth and harbour. The beds were very comfortable and it was warm and cosy. There was an enclosed yard out the back which was great for the dog too.

Cons: There was nothing negative for us at all. We do not have mobility issues however some elderly people may find the steep stairs difficult. My elderly small dog could only do two flights at a time and we had to carry her but it wasn't an issue.

Great few days. Great town location. Lovely walks.

Pros: The location was perfect . The home was of the highest standard with beautiful little touches to make our stay so special.The hosts were so friendly and welcoming! We can’t wait to return!

A perfect property in a great location for our short stay in Kirkcudbright

Great location and accomodation.

Pros: Really spacious house perfectly located just a stones throw from the main town. Tons of space and could easily accomodate six even though there were only two of us. Excellent comms from the owners and would definitely return again.

Ideal base to explore the area.

Pros: A very well equipped, spacious property in a quiet street but only minutes walk to the town centre. The house was spotlessly clean with many added extras and special touches to make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is a great base to explore this glorious part of Scotland.

Wonderful short stay in a beautiful property!

Pros: Property was far larger than we expected. And beautiful interiors, we really enjoyed it.

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky, road is narrow with a busy nursery nearby.
