A nice stay in the countryside

Pros: This is great spot to experience the Scottish countryside. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and seeing the sheep across the road. The location makes for a good base for travel to other places such as Lockerbie, Edinburgh, and Hadrian's Wall.

Cons: A porch light activated by a sensor would be helpful when accessing the property in the dark.

Pros: Spotlessly clean, well equipped spacious accommodation in a beautiful rural setting. The hosts are lovely and not intrusive on your stay. Second stay here and will be back.

Enjoyable stay.

Pros: Beautiful House, very clean, comfortable and plenty of room, the furnishings very nice and a fabulous kitchen, where you could sit eating looking out over the garden. The surrounding area very quiet, making this a very peaceful location.

Cons: Broadband was slightly problematic but owner endeavoured to fix this. Not much we didn't like. Would highly recommend

Für uns perfekt! Es war früher die Familienfarm und es war eine Reise in die Vergangenheit

Pros: Es war zu unserer Versorgung alles vorhanden. Ein paar Extras in der Küche wären schön gewesen: Gr. Schüsseln, Salatbesteck, kl. Schälchen. Wir hatten ein gr. Familientreffen und der Besitzer war total zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll!
