Elegant & spacious farmhouse with wonderful views

Pros: Great location, beautiful scenery. Well appointed and cared for, and brilliant welcome pack. Lots of elements that were really useful, such as a great selection of cooking and board game parts.

Pros: Beautiful spacious house and garden in a good location. Very dog-friendly.

Pros: The property was absolutely stunning. The family loved every single room, detail and personal touches. Bedrooms were absolutely phenomenal, and the whole grounds were just lovely.

Perfect relaxing stay!

Pros: Matts place was amazing, the best place we have collectively stayed! It was perfect for the group we were with (family and friends with 2 young children). The house was so clean and well equiped, had everything we could need. Matts dad was there when we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly and gave us some good reccomendations on the local area. There is a large play structure in the garden which was perfect for the children with us (3&4) they also loved the cows and horses near by. The location is remote but perfect for us as we had brought everything we needed, we would love to go back again in future. Thanks again!

Precious Family Memories made at The Church House Farmhouse

Pros: Farmhouse was awesome Brilliant garden even for early teens Fabulous and safe for our 2 granddogs Great choice of bedrooms Absolutely, everything needed in the kitchen was there Lots of condiments, kitchen roll etc was there Loved the bottles of dish cleaner, shampoos, etc. Very stylish. I can't say anything bad about this property. 150% recommended for families. For us, there were 6 adults and 3 early teens Matt, the owner (I think), was brilliant with his messages when I needed to contact him

Pros: We all had a fabulous stay at Church House. The kids cried when they got home! Such a cosy house that could fit the entire family! Will definitely go back.

Wonderful family weekend

Pros: Gorgeous farm house, nicely updated and decorated. Modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Clean, spacious with everything you need. Lovely garden and views to the countryside. Highly recommend if you've got a large group, huge kitchen diner with room for everyone. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: Loved everything about the house and area. Make sure you take plenty of food and drink as not many shops about!

Gorgeous, clean and quiet

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Great for accommodating large groups - there was 11 of us! Beautiful Christmas tree and a complimentary tub of chocolates and locally brewed 2 bottles of ale. Toiletries in all the bathrooms. Dishwasher tablets and washing pods provided. Tea and coffee provided. Matt was amazing and answered any queries. Fantastic location and very quiet. We had a lovely Christmas there.

Cons: Nothing but a mop and bucket would have been useful and kitchen tongs. You can’t fault anything else!
