Brighouse Bay Holiday Park

Pros: The site is massive, it is very well kept and they have little ponds all around. everyone so helpful and friendly. The lodge was gorgeous and clean.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like. But I think what could make the park better is. More stocked Essentials in the shop as there is so much on the park we just wanted to stay there but had to go out to get shopping items. Also the hot tubs don't have canopies so we didn't really get the use of ours. I think if you have canopies attached to the fence that is round some of the hot tub that can be pulled over when it is raining so people can still get the use off it and then pulled back when sunny, it would be a great investment. Also the leisure facilities don't open till 4 so didn't use these either as was bit late in day. would be good if open even few hrs during day. that would be great. Apart from these three it was amazing

Pros: All good took towels and bedding. On arrival beddibg was not needed as they wasxall made up. Lovely stay

Cant wait to go back next year.

Pros: Great location. Spacious accommodation. Hot tub an absolute hit with whole family.

Cons: On arrival a few hiccups with cleanliness and rooms not ready appropriately but the staff quickly solved all issues

Pros: The location and layout of the park is great. Right next to Brighouse Bay with lovely woodland walk. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Pros: Caravan was clean and well equipped, site was tidy and nice location with small beach and wood to walk in away from the caravans and a good play park, staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons: The layout of the caravan was a bit odd which I realise is how it’s built, the living room/ kitchen area was big at cost to the bedrooms, was 2 small single beds in one room which had a big box sticking over the bottom half of one bed and a mirror and shelf above the middle of the other bed, was disappointed the swimming pool wasn’t open during the day as it rained most days, was informed by reception this was due to staff leaving, check out is a bit early for getting children ready, I forgot to ask reception if they knew the play park zip wire doesn’t move never mind zip, no phone signal for basic contact is a bit annoying and leaving the site to get internet to plan the day
