Great stay and would definitely return.

Pros: We stayed here as we were attending the races. Great location, short taxi ride from the race course. Staff member called a taxi for us. The bar area is lovely and the rooms were spotless. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice. Lovely stay and we would definitely stay again.

This hotel stay was celebrating my wife’s birthday,a bad start to our celebration.

Pros: Having been previously,when the hotel owned by different company,the hotel itself was as we expected.

Cons: The arrangements for access to the hotel was not available on line ,despite numerous emails explaining how the access system supposedly operated. We had to phone the helpline to obtain passcodes to the hotel and the room.It was only when we were in the room for half an hour that the codes were accessible online.At the time of booking we were not advised that the hotel had an unmanned reception,later in the day this information was provided to ourselves.Had I known this I certainly would not have booked the hotel and certainly will not be returning .Only by assistance from one of the restaurant staff help was given to us .We also understand this is a situation that has arisen a number of times.
