Pros: A great location and spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodation. Quiet and peaceful, along with red squirrels making an appearance.

Beautiful little property in a nice location.

Pros: Stunning little set up beautiful from outside and just as nice and cosy and homely inside. We didn't see the hosts but had plenty communication and all our needs were met.

Cons: Leaving, literally the only down side to the weekend was having to leave.

Comfortable and convenient, good base for west side of Lake District park. Would stay again!

Pros: Good amenities, well furnished & decorated, very cosy and great location for my needs to see someone locally with limited guest space so recommended it to them for future visitors. Nice deck overlooking outdoor green space. Excellent bathroom. Milk in fridge on arrival appreciated. Everything I needed.

Cons: Parking tight and had issues with door lock but hosts very communicative about latter. Smart TV app based so couldn’t locate any freeview channels.

Beautiful place, amazing host!

Pros: Sarah was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond, checking that we had everything, put lights and heating on for us arriving as we were arriving late. The drey was beautiful and smelt amazing! It was cosy and homely!

Perfect place to stay to relax and explore the Lake District

Pros: Beautiful and peaceful location, exceptionally clean and cosy ...the perfect place to relax and explore/hike the scenic lakes. The host was helpful and responsive.

Cons: A car is needed to get around as the destination is remote, however this was to be expected and parking at the accommodation makes things easy.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this property during my last holiday. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The property itself was spotless and very well-maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Pros: Beautifully done, excellent taste and very comfortable. Every need thought of.

Cons: Unfortunately we had a crying baby next to us that we could hear on a nightly basis. This wasn't anything to do with the hosts. The area didn't have a local local shop and you need to book well in advance to get into the local distillery for dinner.

This is the perfect cottage for comfort and relaxation

Pros: The property is really comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. It is really well equipped. The bed and sofa are both really comfortable. It was perfect for a relaxing break.

Perfect Stay!

Pros: Everything! It was beautiful, cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also close to so many gorgeous walks and things to see and do! Sarah was great, checking in and messaging to make sure all was well, but also gave us space and let us know she was there if we needed her. Absolutely fabulous stay ☺️
