A gem of a place (apart from that mattress).

Pros: What a fantastic place to stay in Carlisle, facing the property was the bus station, turn left out the property and walk straight for one block and you are in Carlisle main shopping street or turn left and left again from the property and walk straight ahead after a maximum five minutes walk is the train station. Apartment had pretty much everything needed for a long weekend.

Cons: It was a game of two halves for the bed I’m afraid as OH can sleep on anything but for me as a side sleeper the bed springs were extremely painful and I kept waking up and had to shift position. A memory foam topper would probably solve that.

Bliss

Pros: It was central to the shops. Extremely comfortable and cosy, a home from home.

Cons: Nothing. Observation only that there could off been a bath mat when coming out the shower. And/or additional security on the door extra locks.

Great place

Pros: Loved the facilities and the coziness of the apartment

Cons: This is me being super picky as I would go back again. Needed more than 1/2 of a toilet roll for two nights. Think they should invest in a full-length mirror

Perfect place to stop!

Pros: This was such a perfect stop on our journey home from Scotland. It had everything we needed, and we loved its cosy feel.

Useful base of operations for a quick overnight stay.

Pros: Surprisingly spacious for a smaller room. Simple decor is pitched at a good level. The location is also perfect really. Owners very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Not a great deal, the TV is maybe a touch on the smaller size.

Pros: Excellent property for a recent stay in Carlisle. Clean, warm, and comfortable. Open plan lounge kitchen with a huge comfy sofa and full kitchen with various appliances including a washing machine. Had a really pleasant stay and will return in the future as it’s city centre and handy for work.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Great location, very clean and nicely furnished. Interaction with the owners was great throughout via email. Parking on the road outside (free after 6pm and on Sundays) but be aware it is restricted times outside of these hours. There would be plenty of other places to park during the week I’m sure. WiFi and hot water were great, no issues. There is a little newsagents right across the road. This place was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stop & we wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

Cons: The bed was quite hard but this may be down to preference. It got a little too hot overnight as the heating came on - we were made aware not to change the settings as the owner sets it via an app, it does say you can message to ask them to change it but we didn’t want to message in the early hours. It would maybe be handier to be able to change the heating, maybe with a fair usage policy in place?

Exelente ubicación

Pros: Excelente ubicación buena comunicación con los anfitriones y sobre todo la comodidad del alojamiento. Todo es tal cual como se ve en fotos. Lo recomiendo al 💯
