Pros: Easy to find and central but you feel as if you are tucked away, hidden from everything. Easy to follow instructions to get into the room. Bathroom was great and it has almost everything you could need. Joe even left some wine and shortbread for us upon our arrival. Great little touch!

Cons: Could do with bigger towels and some body wash to go along with the shampoo. Only small things that I’d change. Everything else was top notch.

Weekend break

Pros: The wash house had everything we needed for our short stay. The room was very modern with some nice touches. Communication during our stay was excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

A hidden gem in a great location

Pros: A hidden gem in a great location. This place was exceptional, met all our expectations & more, a beautiful good sized modern spotless apartment in a superb location where everything was nearby, pubs, restaurants, train station & shops all within short walking distance from each other. The apartments location sits just a street off from the main road in its own private entrance hallway which leads onto its own private garden terrace & into the properties patio door entrance. Apartment is well kitted out with everything you need, sofa, big smart tv, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, bed is very comfortable, great sized bathroom/wet room. We will definitely be back to this apartment in the future. We sadly never met the owner during our stay but they had left us a nice welcoming package & clear instructions how to collect keys, connect to WiFi & work the heating system, etc...

Cons: Only downside of the apartment & am being very particular here, was that we found it very warm even though heating was off, seemed to have not much natural ventilation flowing through the apartment, although there was a fantastic floor fan provided which helped with air flow. Certainly wouldn't put me off booking my stay here again as this apartment has far to many positives to be put off by personal opinions...

Great studio in an excellent location

Pros: Very good location, well equipped, very clean, quiet. Welcome pack of wine and biscuits. Good communication.

Cons: Despite the fan it was a little stuffy because of the hot weather and the fact that there are no opening windows, only the large sliding doors, so can’t leave open at night.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Great location action and the check in and out process was simple. Lovely, comfortable apartment.

Like a great studio flat

Pros: Great place right in the centre of Carlisle. Has fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. In fact a neat kitchen area at one end of the room. Bathroom has a beautiful shower and heated towel rail. The bed was very comfortable. There is a little court yard outside the sliding door that is not overlooked.
