Pros: The breakfast was great and the location was perfect for my work visit

Cons: The shower did not have great water pressure and took quite a while to get hot.

A perfect place to stay to break a long journey.

Pros: A great little guest house situated just off the town centre, which made it easy to walk to shops/restaurants. Street parking was straight forward. A friendly welcome, a room with everything you would expect and a well cooked breakfast.

Cons: We'd have liked to stay a bit longer!

Great Location, Friendly, Clean, Quiet. Great choice.

Pros: The member of staff was very polite and friendly and greeted us on arrival The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet enough during the night. The cooked breakfast was fantastic cooked fresh to order. Also continental breakfast was available to help yourself. 10/10. A couple of minutes walk into the main Street of the town. Will definitely stay again.

Quality accommodation in Annan, southern Scotland.

Pros: Room was spotlessly clean, with en-suite WC and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and a very comfortable bed, which gave me an excellent night’s sleep. Excellent cooked breakfast included in the price. Dave was welcoming and efficient. I stayed at The Old Rectory for one night on my way home from a holiday in the Orkneys. If visiting this part of Scotland, I’d be very happy to stay here.

Cons: There is no parking at the property. I was able to park on the street in front, but some guests might need to park a little distance away.
