Overnight stop as a valentines getaway in a lovely historic roman roundhouse.

Pros: Lovely rural location, v close to the Ok at Curthwaite, excellent foodie pub, thoroughly recommend, though sadly we missed out on the popup restaurant that evening which smelt delicious. What fantastic breakfast, in a building steeped in history.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Lovely nights stay!

Pros: Clean and tidy and beautiful building. Katie was great and accommodated our late arrival and our dog. Breakfast was also especially good. Great stop off on the way to Isle of Skye.

Beautifully hosted immaculate tranquility within a family home

Pros: The property is perfectly located set back down a short lane from the main road .. it’s 25 mins from the M6 yet couldn’t be more tranquil The property itself is gorgeous and beautifully maintained .. decorated stylishly without fuss

Cons: We discussed with our wonderful host potentially instructions for the shower .. however this was not beyond sussing out
