A really pleasant stay at a lovely property with professional friendly staff , would highly recommend.

Pros: Newly refurbished lovely modern Hotel , tastefully decorated and furnished. Staff were all very good, professional and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast, both very good, quality ingredients , freshly cooked and tasty.

Cons: Nothing to dislike , the TV was small and a bit difficult to find channels but that could have just been me .

Pros: Modern clean high quality - nice lounge area and bar and restaurant Staff were super nice and helpful as the food was excellent

Lovely, quaint & quiet getaway!

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of traditional and continental options as well as fresh fruit and yoghurts. The room we were allocated was lovely, cosy and clean - a little on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable. We travelled in for a wedding as was in good proximity to the venue (around 15/20 mins) via a local taxi firm. Staff were always smiling and happy to help, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cons: As said above, the room was lovely however compared to other rooms available at the establishment ours was on the smaller side but not unmanageable!

Beautiful luxury room, great location for M6, friendly staff and lovely restaurant on site.

Pros: There was a wide choice for breakfast and friendly staff. The room was lovely and big and the bed was comfy.

Cons: There was noise through the wall from the kitchen/reception area. Also the light outside the room kept going on and off over night. It wasn’t a major issue but would have been good to sort those two things.

What excellent customer service

Pros: We were welcomed personally and taken to our room. The welcome letter in the room was very informative. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were all exceptional. As a coeliac it was such a treat to have a choice with the chef providing a wonderful meal of fish and chips. Thank you so much to you all.

Cons: There was just one negative experience from our perspective in the dining room when we witnessed rudeness towards the staff. But credit to the staff involved the situation was dealt with professionalism and discretion. We just hope the customers involved reflected and apologised the following morning.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional and it is a beautiful hotel, not too far from the motorway.

Icing on the cake was the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you I would highly recommend the hotel,without doubt

Pros: Location perfect ambience perfect views perfect bedroom was excellent with all of facilities, especially underfloor heating We stayed for one night only the breakfast was outstanding
