A privileged stay with a wonderful warm welcome.

Pros: Wonderful welcome from Tony, one of the owners. Learned about the history of the country house and the great work that has been done to restore it. Tony is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble for him. Had a lovely traditional breakfast in the Orangery before waving goodbye to the black swans and white peacocks and heading home. Will hopefully stay again if we are in the area.

Cons: Nothing.

Everyone must go here ! Its truly amazing.

Pros: A truly unforgettable stay! Tony is a host like no other—warm, generous, and endlessly thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make our experience special. From the exquisite food to the luxurious comfort of the hall, every moment felt like indulgence. The manor house was spectacular, and sharing it with the roaming peacocks added a touch of magic and whimsy to our days. Leaving felt like saying goodbye to cherished friends, but we know this is not farewell—it’s just “see you soon.” Thank you, Tony, for everything!. 🦚

Cons: Having to leave ! We really wanted to stay.
