Station House Lanark Bed and Breakfast

Absolutely brilliant place to stay highly recommend

Pros: Alan and his wife were 5 star hosts nothing was a problem the place is emaculate as was the room we stayed in very comfy bed and white crisp linen very quite and peaceful and lots of facilities in the room great night sleep and to wake up to an excellent breakfast cooked by Alan what ever you wanted, with my partner and I have stayed in many places but this place is amazing credit to them

A cold winter break with a very warm reception.

Pros: The host Alan was happy to meet our requirements and we were able to change our choices on a daily basis. The food was well cooked and presented and served in a pleasant dining area. Our accomodation was first class, beautifully furnished and was warm and cosy. All the facilities advertised were available and the bathroom had excellent toiletries. The hospitality tray exceeded the usual kettle, tea and coffee with the addition of quality local biscuits and coffee maker. Alan was an excellent provider of local knowledge and places to visit. He was friendly and we enjoyed our time there throughout.. First class proprietor and accomodation.

Cons: Nothing except we had to check out.

Perfect stay and location for what we needed it for, wont hesitate revisiting for another stay

Pros: Great welcome from Alan who showed me to my room. Sadly I didnt get to stay due to a problem at home so my husband stayed on his own and enjoyed his stay. Alan went above and beyond by giving my husband a lift the next morning to his work along with bacon sandwiches as he didnt have time to sit an have breakfast.

Pros: It was the most awesome bnb we have ever stayed in. The host was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The home cooked ‘made to order’ breakfast was plentiful and amazing. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Pros: Lovely peaceful location. Everything spotless. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. Lovely delicious breakfast. We had a very relaxing stay on our next journey. Would definitely stay again on our next trip.
