Memorable night in Langdale

Pros: Received a warm welcome, lovely room with incredible view, cozy bar, tasty breakfast and just an overall great experience. Staff from reception to bar to breakfast could not have been better. Hotel Internet also ok.

Cons: Lightning in room could be improved and more charging points.

Clean and comfortable room with comfy bed, excellent shower and delicious breakfast

Pros: Room was large and comfortable with excellent shower, comfy bed and plenty of room. Beautiful view down the Langdale Valley. Excellent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good wifi

Cons: Residents car park is not big enough. Managed to get a space but that's because I have a small car.

A perfect placed relaxed hotel in the lakes

Pros: Very good quality breakfast, and plenty of cooked options. The staff are great at their jobs and great fun too. The residents lounge is lovely and warm

A great break in the Lakes

Pros: Amazing location, lots of character very good breakfast and attentive staff. Francesca could not have done more to make us welcome. Great lounge with views down the valley and a log burner.

Great vase in the heart of the valley.

Pros: Great location in the heart of the valley. Hotel was really warm and comfortable, with great staff. Some good local beers in the bar with decent food reasonably priced.Great base for walking the valley and the silence of a night time was amazing.

Gem of a hotel in a beautiful location

Pros: The staff were so kind and friendly, always there to help, the view from the room was beautiful. The room was warm and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you don't drive there is a bus stop right at the top of the road.

Cons: Although my partner liked it, I thought the bed was a bit too hard. I'm used to soft matters.
