Great place, great location, clean, pet friendly, cosy.

Pros: Great location to the Town Centre, comfortable room. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful.

Cons: Loved everything would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Ideal location for anyone wanting to go walking or be close to Keswick town! Was lovely and clean, the whole house smelt lovely 😊

Pros: Great location literally round the corner from town centre. Tv in room was a big plus. Property was clean and fresh, daughter loved that smell every time as we entered the house 😄

Cons: Nothing really, if I had to nit pick I’d say the fridge could be a little bigger, also more of the little milks would be good as it takes at least two of those for a brew 😅 but the hot chocolates were good without milk so I got two extra brews there 😄 I would of bought some milk but it wouldn’t of fit in the fridge 😂

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean Bed was comfortable and warm

Cons: The WiFi was terrible poor connection all the time It’s so much nicer when you have the greeting when you arrive at the guesthouse rather than just instruction via messages .. the personal touch makes all the difference really as I’ve experienced with other guesthouses

Weekend away!

Pros: The lady who runs it was just lovely, nothing was too much bother. Good value for the price.

Cons: Small bathroom but still functional.

Great dog friendly place close to restaurants, pubs and shops.

Pros: The location was awesome as it was a few seconds walk from all the restaurants and shops and the hotel was dog friendly too so I was able to bring my dog along too.

Cons: Only negative was they don't do breakfast or food but this was already stated but apart from that it's a great place to stay.

Lovely well kept property. Ideal location.

Pros: The property was warm and cosy the minute you walked in. Our room was a double room with shower, clean, comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. Very firm bed which was great.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Barbara was a very friendly, professional host. The location was very convenient for the town centre. The property is very clean and welcoming. Lots of storage space.
