Great base for exploring Keswick and surrounding fells

Pros: There was only two of us, and the apartment slept 4, so it was very spacious for us. There was a large lounge and the kitchen had all you needed. The apartment was clean and warm. WiFi and sky access (and others) were good

Great stay, comfortable apartment.

Pros: The location is good just on the outskirts of Keswick with a good local pub a couple of minutes walk away. We had the terrace apartment which, although a little dated, was comfortable and warm with several beds, tv’s and two showers. It was very quiet at night for sleeping and also clean. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay and there was a nice view from the kitchen and one of the bedroom windows. There’s a pleasant walk down to Keswick or a bus stop very close by. Keswick is beautifully situated in the Lake District and there are many lovely walks nearby. Great Booths supermarket in town. Good communication with the hosts about check in. Hope to return next year as it’s a very good base.

Cons: Not a problem for us but there are short, steep steps up to the terrace apartment.

A perfect place to relax or walk

Pros: The location was perfect, and the beautiful garden and pool just what was needed after a day walking. The apartment was compact, clean and cosy. The hosts, Diane and Andrew were very friendly and helpful. Quick to deal with problems and make suggestions.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, but I have offered Diane a couple of suggestions to make life easier in the kitchen. Remember to bring towels for the pool. I had to ask for some.

Pros: Great communication, and a friendly welcome. The property was clean, comfortable and ideally located. The facilities were great, as was the pool.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Overall very good

Pros: The apartment was super clean and had everything you need, it looked very well taken care of. Hosts were happy to accommodate late check-in. Free parking spot provided. Location is good, short walk (around 15 min) to Keswick town.

A nice experience

Pros: Very comfortably located in Keswick . It’s quiet but everything is nearby . Owners are helpful and around but not intrusive at all.

Cons: There’s a small set of stairs to climb to reach rhe apartment. So recommend to carry light luggage

Pros: Everything we needed for a long weekend in Keswick. Large property, comfortable accommodation for 4 adults. Ideally located for the golf course & numerous hiking trails. Great pub, the Pheasant Inn 2 minutes walk away. 15 minute stroll into town along the river.

It was functional and comfortable, with a great location.

Pros: A pleasant and comfortable ground floor apartment, it was warm and peaceful. It's location, whilst 20mins walk into Keswick, is fine. The Pheasant pub is very close as is the Fuel Station cafe.

Cons: A teabag or two might have been nice. I don't know, but with with a spotless and empty kitchen I had to buy 80 teabags for a 3 night stay...but went to the cafe for coffee..

We had a fabulous weekend and would definately stay again.

Pros: I loved the fact that it was quiet in a great location with lovely views. The hosts were not intrusive but was available for anything that we required.

Pros: Excellent view, spacious, 10-15 minute walk to all amenities through large park/along riverside
