Perfect location, warm and comfortable home, great host.

Pros: Beautiful property and a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for the lovely welcome hamper, a lovely surprise. Comfortable beds, quality bedding. Warm and comfortable home overlooking the river. Check instructions clear and given in plenty of time. Highly recommend, hopefully we will be back.

Comfortable and cosy

Pros: Very comfortable and cosy and a perfect location for us. The Christmas decoration in the lounge was a lovely touch too.

Cons: One of the kitchen drawers was a bit sketchy.

Pros: Great location. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Heating worked really well. Lovely and warm on a December break. Lovely decoration. Generous welcome pack.

Cons: The stairs are steep, tested the 90 year old and dog in our family!

Winter stay in Dumfries.

Pros: The host was very helpful and contactable through the app. The 3 double beds are really comfortable with great pillows and lots of bedding. The kitchen is great. The living room is comfortable. The dining room has an impressive table for family meals. Two bathrooms with toilets. Reserved free parking directly in front of the house.

Cons: This is an old property so it has a few stairs ( 3 floors ) and a couple of steps around the place. Not suitable for mobility impaired people.

Pros: Lovely decor. Everything you could need. A thoughtful welcome basket.

Cons: Lots of stairs so might not suit someone with mobility issues.

A haven of comfort when we really needed it. Beautiful comfy beds.

Pros: Really good and useful food supplies left out for us and nice basics in the cupboard. It is a big, spacious easy to 'live in' appartment and made our time in Dumfries super easy. Its by a lovely park which is great for the dog.

Cons: Kitchen installation is a bit incomplete with some gaps and unfinished parts. It didnt matter though - the place is great value for money
