A nice break

Pros: Welcome pack with tea, coffee, breakfast cereal and biscuits provided which was lovely. The property was clean, warm and comfortable.

Cons: We like to make some of our own meals while away so one or 2 more saucepans would be helpful.

Spacious and comfortable stay

Pros: The double and king size bed were very comfortable and lots of space. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bed side lamps. Having 2 bathrooms was handy with a party of 5. Location was nice and great that it allows pets.

Cons: Nothing I disliked a very comfortable property

Cosy, spacious property well situated for easy access to Dumfries

Pros: The property was really well situated for Dumfries. It was spacious with a well fitted kitchen for all our needs. The house was lovely and warm and well decorated, with plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries. The well stocked tea tray in the kitchen was very welcome and we thought the Christmas Tree was a nice touch.

Cons: Although there are two bathrooms, only one has a shower so you need to be quite organised to get everyone through on time to go out!

Lovely house in a good location.

Pros: The location is great. House well equipped and lovely and warm. The beds are super comfy. Decor is tasteful and clean and bright. Good shower room on the ground floor. Lovely added bonus of a welcome tray which was greatly appreciated.

Cons: Nothing. Everything perfect.

Comfortable property in great location

Pros: Very good location and very warm and comfortable property. Liked the fact that we had tea, cereal, biscuits etc. Lovely big living room and a big table to sit round.

Cons: Check out time at 9am is very early although we did get it extended after asking. Would be useful to explain what an igloobox is and where it is as we found it difficult to locate.

Well appointed in quiet location

Pros: Good location and well looked after property. Good range of services available in the property. good quality bedding and towels

Pros: Excellent location for central Dumfries, gorgeous space, good size but cosy. Beautifully decorated and everything we could need to hand. Host was communicative & accommodating of any requests/questions. We only stayed 2 nights, would def stay again for longer.

Cons: Property is listed with quite a late check in time of 4pm & a pretty early check out of 9am. Compared to a lot of places these times seemed unusual but when requested to pay extra for earlier/later times host did best to accommodate.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice stay for two nights. Will definitely want to stay again.

Pros: The property was ideally located in a nice and quiet road. Very spacious, well equipped and clean.

Cons: Had some problems accessing the key on arrival.

Excellent inside but clean up the outside! Great place to stay

Pros: It was well equipped! The beds were comfy and pillows were just right! We all had good sleeps.

Cons: The outside area could do with some tlc! The weeds in the garden area and the front of the house really need serious attention! It kind of takes away the comfort of sitting outside and as the weather was fab we did sit outside but just looking at all the weeds was not good.
