I'll be back

Pros: A lovely welcome and attention throughout from Nancy and her husband. The space is well situated, close to the beaches and the spectacular landscapes of the western lake district. Very cosy and comfortable and close to The Gosford Inn pub and restaurant. A very nice lodging for a very nice getaway.

Cons: I really can't think of anything.

Great Stay at Ash Lodge

Pros: Accommodation was cosy and warm a well appointed, location to facilities in the local village was excellent, location to walking also excellent. A good base of operations

Cons: If I have to say one thing negatively, it would be that the beds were a little uncomfortable but then this can happen when you stay in a new bed

Fabulous place to stay in a great location

Pros: Nancy looked after us after a long trip down from Scotland. Excellent place to stay with good facilities and comfy beds. Nancy supplied us with breakfast and catered for my vegan daughter. We would highly recommend the house and the host.

Pros: We had a couple of nights stay at Ash Lodge and we couldn't have asked for better. The Lodge is very spacious and really felt like home. Location was fantastic for both visiting the beaches near by and the lake. Nancy made sure everything we needed was there and made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful, lovely host, everything we needed! X

Pros: The most beautiful little cottage style lodge. The owner/host was really lovely, helped us plan things to do in the area and was really helpful, we came with 2 children and our 2 Labradors and it had everything we needed, perfect location next door to a pub that does lovely food, we also went to an Italian restaurant which was just a small walk from the lodge, short drive lakes and beautiful walks, 5 min drive to the beach, we will definitely be booking again! Thank you so much for having us x
