Pros: Loved the house so spacious Went for my 60th birthday with my family. Great open plan for kitchen and dining so all together at all times

Cons: Only thing I can choose to be negative is Only 1 toilet roll each bathroom (2) for a 3 night stay is not enough. Maybe small offer small shampoo/ Shower gel No hairdryer which we knew took our own. And no dishwasher tablets Only minor things but things that could be addressed.

Cottage is perfect for exploring Keswick and the hills.

Pros: The house is located so close to the town centre and has plenty of space for a couple, family or group of friends. The central heating made the house very cosy as we were in a cold snap and the showers had instant hot water which was a great bonus.

Cons: There was some confusion about the time of arrival and departure. Our confirmation E mail told us that you could arrive at 4pm and must vacate by 10am. I went onto the website to confirm this and it also said these times. The problem came that when we were in the cottage the information file said the arrival time was 5pm and departure was 9am. I rang the rental office and they confirmed these times. I would suggest that all times are changed on all your websites linked with the property as 9am is quite early and people need to be aware of this before booking. I would say that the outside space is very small with a tiny table and considering the house sleeps 6 I do think that the yard with some thought could take a larger seating arrangement for the warmer months.

Pros: Great location, quiet but very close to Keswick centre. Comfortable and spacious, well equipped, clean, good WiFi. Free parking on street outside or easy to find just round the corner.
