Warm, very comfortable and spacious cottage, in a peaceful setting with lovely walks. Friendly farm staff & dogs

Pros: Very accessible, warm and well stocked kitchen. Dog accessories were provided eg basket/ feeding bowl (though we didn’t need them). King size bed was VERY comfy as were the sofas. Best part is able to look out of the windows to the rolling hills. Great circular walk around the farm estate seeing their array of farm animals. Bonus are the friendly dogs who come to say hello (or maybe they know where the treat jar is!!)

Cons: Only issue we had was the door blew open during the night - we were there at the end of a storm. We jammed a chair up against it for the remaining time.

A cottage to come back to.

Pros: The cottage was beautiful and catered for all our needs. We loved being able to swim in the pond, it was so lovely to see all the animals on the farm, including the dogs and the hosts were so friendly and helpful.

Cons: We loved everything about our stay and wouldn't change a thing.

A great place to relax with our extended family & enjoy the countryside.

Pros: Great farm location, with enough space for our extended family group of six. Dan, Ciara & Odin were welcoming and provided a few extras during the week which was very thoughtful. Our grandchildren enjoyed engaging with the farm animals and the pond with rowing boat gave them hours of fun.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

The best place we’ve ever stayed

Pros: The property was easy to find. It had private entrance and patio, with stunning views from windows all around. Very warm, well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, The hosts are very friendly, helpful and touched our hearts with their hospitality and family feel. Initially we planned to explore the area but kids enjoyed the farm and the possibility to look after the lambs so much that we chose to enjoy it all.

Cons: The time went too fast!
