Great relaxing location with beautiful countryside to recharge your batteries.

Pros: The property was very clean and had everything you would need for a stay. The hosts were lovely, very helpful but left you to enjoy your stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent blackside cottage

Pros: Blackside cottage 26.12.23-28.12.23 My partner and I along with our dog had an amazing time at blackside cottage. On arrival we were greeted by Elizabeth and she couldn't be any more welcoming, the cottage was nice and warm for our arrival and Elizabeth offered some good advice of the local aminaties and we also got a lovely welcoming basket of local produce and some dog treats, a fantastic touch. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you need for a home from home with an abundance of kitchen utensils, cutlery and plates, even serving boards and an array of different glasses. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and a great night's sleep. The big bath tub was also an added bonus of luxury. Andrew and Elizabeth both seen us off with a nice chat. All in all we had a brilliant time and we couldn't recommend blackside enough Also thanks to the hosts who sent a fire TV remote by post that was accidentally left behind

Lovely cottage in Ayrshire

Pros: The cottage was fantastic everything we needed and was so warm and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was lovely you can lie and look at the stars. The cooker was great as I had to cook a Christmas dinner and there were plenty of dishes and pots. We will definitely go back again and would definitely recommend it. The hosts Liz and Andrew very nice and helpful.
