2-Bed Barn Hot Tub & Pet Friendly near Muirkirk

Wonderfully peaceful stay! 10/10 would recommend

Pros: Beautiful environment! Very comfortable cottage with a very well stocked kitchen, everything on hand for self catering purposes. Heating system as well as log burner and hot tub very easy to manage but appreciate the helpful handbook within the cottage. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Lovely relaxing stay!

Cons: We may have missed it but maybe an outside light that stays on for when in the hot tub in the dark. This might be already in place and we didn’t see it.

Absolutely superb stay , we had an amazing time

Pros: Had absolutely everything needed for an amazing break with lots of added touches.

Pros: Relatively private and a cosy space, it’s nice that they allow pets and have the walk round the farm where you can take them

Cons: It’s a shame where the hot tub is situated but it’s also understandable why it’s placed there

Pros: Lovely hosts. Very comfortable and cosy. Enjoyed the hot tub Great views of the countryside and watching the dogs bring the sheep in.

Little piece of tranquil heaven in muirkirk

Pros: Clean and very cosy, beautiful place, loads of towels and they had left us wine, t bags , coffee, sugar. Lots of extras, hot tub was warmed and ready to go upon arrival. There was also netflix, prime video, good wifi and board games, books too on local history, beddingg was lovely and fresh and great bathroom too.

Cons: Cant think of anything

Perfect retreat

Pros: We loved the barn and the super comfy beds. The entrance to the property from the main road is very slightly tricky to find but you won’t be disappointed when you get there. Janet was a lovely host although not always easy to get hold off being very busy on the farm but she is very helpful when you do. The property was spotless. I would certainly recommend and hope to revisit. Thank you Janet.
