Pros: Good location, not slap bang in the middle of everything. Some road noise but not enough to keep you awake at night. Very quiet

Cons: Stairs were a little bit sketchy at times, hand rail was loose. Cobwebs, shower was slow to drain, little bit of TLC needed

Our stay was absolutely amazing and we didn’t want to leave the location was fab just at the base of my favourite mounta

Pros: The location couldn’t ask for any better 😁 only thing which I thought they would provide was fire pit and cleaning equipment ie hoover sweeping brush and pens for the guest book as we forgot ours 🤦‍♀️😂

Cons: The only thing for me was the bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were to hard but to be fair the lodge made up for those small personal dislikes others may like that

Pros: Good clean lodge what had everything in we needed for our stay, good location 4miles from Keswick

Cons: Stairs are steep and on a slight curve, but that didn't borher us, no good if you have mobility problems

warm, comfortable but several repirs required inside the accommodation.

Pros: Great location for walks on Blencathra & Skiddaw. Far enough from the bustle of towns, villages but close enough if requiring shopping or entertainment. Accommodation was great for up to two people but there were a few points highlighted below.

Cons: Close to A66, so constant road noise. Fridge was not secure inside cabinet and the Microwave was the same. The staircase is an accident waiting to happen due to the way it has been constructed. No interaction from the owners.
