Pros: Great location for walks and Keswick, 2 pubs 2 minutes walk away with good menus.

Cons: Car park space a bit tight, bush on left could do with being trimned right back, but not the end of the world. One of the cupboards was dirty and i had to wash it also behind the microwave was dirty which obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while.
