Pros: the place was amazing - all staff was great the food was amazing couldnt ask for anything better for a nice relaxing stay

Pros: Clean, well mannered staff, beautiful location and exceptional well presented

Cons: Extremely sensitive smoke alarms that go off during a shower and the full hotel cuts out including the wedding party music due to fire alarms. Bathroom door was closed

Pros: Friendly comfortable and relaxing. Bedroom clean and lovely decor.

Cons: Lack of t bags milk. No shower cap. Also it would be better access to rooms. Eg small lift.

Pros: Good room, comfy, comfy bed, restaurant good. Staff super helpful. Spa was a delight. Even got an extended check out due to spa and having to dress of local occasion

Pros: Stunning location, spotlessly clean and great value for money.

Pros: Good choices. I opted for a cooked breakfast which was delivered quickly and was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful. Setting was good with nice views over the countryside.

Cons: I had a bath in my room. It was a little complicated to work out how to fill it! Otherwise, no issues to raise.

Quick stop

Pros: Booked as a stopover for one night before heading home. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Exceptional place, great staff, good food. Will defo go back for a longer stay and make use of the spa...

Pros: The hotel was out of town but only a short drive to shops or train station. Spa treatments were fantastic, although a few decorative issue bucket for drips! Evening meals were delicious 😋 fantastic views & surroundings. The rooms are large but you pay for this when you select your room.

Cons: Breakfast was warm, not hot coffee barely dissolved the sugar Upstairs rooms have a terrace but it's not private, no divider between rooms & at the far end there's table & chairs for wedding guests so you have no privacy also places also sectioned of for repair to flag stones. Inconsistency in the rooms water was available on 2nd night but not first night

TOP PLACE TO GO (well higher than the average in Scotland )!

Pros: The hotel was really nice with a good service and quality , the restaurant was really nice with somme nice preparation and the view from the room is fantastic.

Cons: They ask for additional fees to use the spa witch a bit of nonsense in view price of the room $$$ , they are some party organized at that place therefore restaurant can be very noisy

Perfect 1 night stay in a fantastic hotel

Pros: Booked a last-minute 1 night stay at this superb hotel. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, and my room (garden suite) was perfect. I couldn't fault it. The decor is beautiful and quite glam. It's obvious that the hotel owners were going for something modern and aesthetically pleasing, but it's not just the decor that shines but the staff, too. They went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back at some point in the future.
